At the heart of Annapolis Christian Academy is its dedicated faculty and staff. Each day our students are not only instructed and led by our devoted administrators and faculty, they are lovingly inspired. Our staff is genuinely concerned for our students and passionate about their academic discipline. Our teachers understand and love children, love learning and teaching, and are spiritually as well as professionally qualified to teach. Small class sizes allow our teachers to nurture, mold, and stimulate the hearts and minds of their students. Supported by a very capable administrative staff, our faculty is able to instill in their students a love of learning intended to last a lifetime.

ACA offers professional continuing education for our faculty through regularly scheduled in-house training sessions. In addition, ACA faculty members attend various conferences and training seminars sponsored by the Logos School, the Association of Classical Christian Schools, the Society of Classical Learning, and other educational organizations.
